About
I work with healthcare professionals and organizations navigating the impact of chronic stress, burnout, and workforce strain.
My background is in nursing, including work in high-acuity and trauma-informed environments. Throughout my career, I supported individuals and families during some of the most complex and high-stress moments of their lives. That experience shaped a deep understanding of how sustained stress affects not only individual well-being, but team dynamics and system performance.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in what happens beneath the surface of burnout—specifically, how the nervous system responds to prolonged stress and how that response impacts behavior, communication, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
My work now focuses on translating that understanding into practical, applicable tools that help individuals and teams regulate stress, improve resilience, and function more effectively under pressure.
Approach
I use an evidence-informed, physiology-based approach that focuses on nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and self-awareness.
This includes structured breathwork, somatic awareness, and real-time regulation tools that can be applied within demanding clinical and professional settings.
Rather than adding more cognitive strategies, this work supports how people respond to stress at a physiological level—creating more sustainable change in how individuals and teams operate day-to-day.
Why This Works
Burnout is not simply an individual issue, it is a predictable response to prolonged stress without adequate recovery.
Healthcare systems continue to ask professionals to operate under increasing pressure, often without the tools needed to sustain that level of demand.
This work exists to help close that gap by providing practical, accessible strategies that support regulation, clarity, and capacity within the environments people are already working in.
Designed specifically for healthcare and high-stress professional environments, this work bridges the gap between well-being initiatives and the realities of daily operations.
